Send emails from your own address
By default, customer emails are sent from the OnboardPro address. Connect your company mailbox so invites and reminders come from you.
- 1Click Add Channel and enter your mailbox details (your IT provider can give you the mail server settings).
- 2Test the connection — the status turns Connected when it works.
- 3From then on all customer emails are sent from this mailbox.
You need an organisation before you can set up communication channels.
